Farrell Home Inspections, Inc. is a Missouri Corporation that has been in existence since July 1997. I became an ASHI member in October of 2001.

My commitment to customer service is an extension of my 25-year career in remodeling and restoration of homes in the St. Louis area. I have been self-employed for about 20 of those 25 years.

I inspected many homes as part of my service to my clients prior to pursuing home inspection as a second career.

My focus and commitment is to provide the best possible inspection/report product available in the St. Louis area. I still "work with my tools" to keep a hand in the trades and maintain contacts in the industry. As various service and trade contractors retire or change careers, I find that being active in the remodeling trade often translates to useful referrals to my inspection clients.

My promise to my clients is to deliver informed objective opinions about the property they intend to purchase without regard for the outcome of the sale process.
